Lisa Course OS

Internal training system

Learn the denial-recovery business like an operator, not a tourist.

This page turns your Lisa notes, modules, prompts, and phase docs into a single study OS. The goal is not passive reading. The goal is to get you to the point where you can read a denial, classify it fast, write the right response, and run the service cleanly.

Business phase spine

  1. Research and validation
  2. Customer discovery
  3. Recover claims manually
  4. Build repeatable operating system
  5. Scale only after the service works

Study protocol

How to use this course

  • Go one phase at a time. Do not skip forward because the words look familiar.
  • After each lesson block, explain it back in plain English out loud.
  • Use the flashcards for recall, not recognition. Answer before flipping.
  • When something is fuzzy, open the source doc and re-read the exact section.
  • Do the drills. Reading alone will make you feel smart and still leave you slow.

What this page combines

Source stack

  • LISA.md for positioning, pricing, trust ladder, outreach, and execution.
  • LEARNING.md for the main knowledge modules.
  • TUTOR_PROMPT.md for teaching style and quiz discipline.
  • DENIAL_CODES.md for code-level pattern recognition.
  • REAL_DENIAL_EXAMPLES.md for case-based anchors.
  • archive/past/*.md for the older phase roadmap and interview playbook.

Daily cadence

The learning loop

1

Read one phase and write a two-line summary in your own words.

2

Run the drills and answer three flashcards without flipping.

3

Apply it to one fake claim or one real example from your notes.

4

Only move on once you can explain the phase without reading it.

Roadmap

Eight phases. One job: become dangerous at denial recovery.

The public Lisa site sells the service. This page trains the operator behind it.

Memory lab

Flashcards by phase

Read the question first. Click `Show result` only after you try to answer it yourself.

Keyword ledger

Every term in one reference layer

Use this when a word shows up in a denial, appeal letter, or payer call and you need the fast definition.

Template and source direction behind this course page

I kept the live sales page separate and borrowed the course-shell ideas from current education template marketplaces, then translated them into a static Cloudflare-friendly page.
